Eco Kleen London provides domestic and commercial cleaning services. Our operatives clean flats, houses, offices, warehouses, distribution centres, co-working spaces, schools, nurseries, GP surgeries and more. We offer daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, one-off, end of tenancy, express cleaning, windows cleaning, carpet cleaning and after party cleaning.

a) Lounge or dining areas and bedroom

• Wipe floor skirting
• Wipe mirrors or glass fixtures 
• Take out rubbish and recycling
• Fold all clothes and organise any clutter
• Clean all door handles and light switches
• Clean all interior windows and window sills
• Dust and polish all surfaces, including tables

• Hoover the whole area, including accessible area under furniture
• Clean the kitchen sink and load up the dishwasher with dirty dishes
• Mop and sanitise floor or steam mop all floors, including accessible area under furniture

c) Bathroom

• Dust and wipe surfaces
• Clean behind the toilet seat
• Wipe mirrors or glass fixtures 
• Take out rubbish and recycling
• Remove all cobwebs and clean doors
• Clean all door handles and light switches
• Clean interior of all cabinets and drawers 
• Clean walls and dust ceiling and light bulb
• Wash and sanitise the toilet, bathtub and sink
• Towels are left neatly hung and replace toilet roll
• Hoover the whole area, including accessible area under furniture
• Mop and sanitise floor or steam mop all floors, including accessible area under furniture
• Additionally, the client needs to consider adding extras for end of tenancy clean which are inside cabinets, inside fridge or freezer, inside oven and interior windows. And each extra add half hour of time

d) Office cleaning

• Clean behind the toilet seat
• Wipe mirrors or glass fixtures
• Take out rubbish and recycling
• Wash and sanitise the toilet and sink
• Replace toilet roll, hand soap and tissue
• Clean all door handles and light switches
• Dust of all desks and clean of all interior windows
• Clean kitchen sink and wipe down all the cupboards
• Clean inside fridge, cupboards, microwave, if required
• Dust and wipe all surfaces in the kitchen, including appliances
• Loads dirty dishes and empty the washing machine at the end
• Hoover the whole area, including accessible area under furniture
• Clean the kitchen sink and load up the dishwasher with dirty dishes
• Wipe mirrors inside the lifts and hoover the landing, including staircase
• Mop and sanitise floor or steam mop all floors, including accessible area under furniture

We cover the whole London post code, including EN1-EN11, N1-N22, NW1-NW11, E1-E20, EC1-EC4 and IG (some of AL postcodes for office cleaning only).

You can reschedule any booking without penalty as long as you do at least 48 hours ahead of the scheduled start time.

This depends on the size of your home and office buildings. For offices, we quote by square meter. We are confident you will find our prices are extremely reasonable for the high level of service you will get from our operatives.

If you are a time-strapped professional working long hours daily, a busy mom or dad shuffling children between nursery and school or just someone who simply has too much to do and far too little time to do it, house cleaning can be at the bottom of your list. It depends entirely on the size of your property or building. The minimum booking length is 3 hours, but you can always request a longer booking, if you need one. It depends on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have.

For each room of your home, it takes 30 minutes to clean. This is only an estimate and the number of hours needed depends on the condition of your home. A neglected home could take significant longer to clean than a home cleaned on a regular basis. We request a minimum of 4 to 8 hours to clean your home for end of tenancy and deep cleaning.

Yes, our operatives can absolutely wash and hang your laundry for you. Be sure to add it as an extra during the checkout process, so the operative can make sure to set aside enough time to clean your home and take care of the laundry.

Yes, our operatives can absolutely clean inside the fridge on a Friday once a week and load dirty dishes and unload them after they are clean and place them inside the cupboards.

Our operative work from 7am to 11pm every day of the year for home cleaning and they work round the clock for office cleaning, including Christmas and bank holidays, and there is no extra charge.

Operative can bring our eco-friendly cleaning product if you have requested it during our checkout process for an addition of £2 per hour. Or you can provide your own cleaning products. Below is the list of products that you might need to have at home:

Some cleaning plans require a minimum commitment term. Cancelation before the minimum term is complete will result in a £165 fee.

If you move within our coverage area, we will still provide you with an operative. We might suggest another one in case you move far away from your regular one.

No. All our operatives go through identity, right to work and criminal record and reference checks for your peace of mind.

We will notify you and will arrange a replacement for you until your regular operative returned.

Currently, we do not offer key holding service. We recommend you that if you need your operative to have access to your property while away, you can leave the keys with the operative directly.

Alternatively, leave the key at a location near your home (neighbour, friend, porter etc.) where the operative can collect and return it. But if you are having a problem arranging your keys, please contact us to check if we can help you in any way.

Yes. We will arrange the same operative coming for your home cleaning according to your booking schedule plan.
